Africa Biomass Company is looking for a skilled Workshop Manager to lead our team of artisans. You’ll oversee maintenance and repair of our specialized fleet, including industrial woodchippers, tractors, mulchers, and yellow metal equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate daily workshop operations
- Lead a team of artisans (mechanics, welders, fabricators)
- Oversee servicing, repairs, and safety compliance
- Ensure optimal fleet performance and workshop efficiency
Requirements:
- 5 years’ workshop management experience
- Strong technical knowledge of heavy-duty/agricultural equipment
- Valid trade test in diesel or earthmoving trade will be beneficial
- Proven leadership and organizational skills
