Why Bandit Whole Tree Chippers?

Since 1988, Bandit has been at the forefront of whole tree chipper manufacturing, offering disc and drum-style models to process large-diameter materials. Ideal for biomass operations, land clearing, and various tree services, their chippers feature robust feed systems, chip size options, reversing auto feed and a range of optional accessories.

Bandit’s whole tree chippers are known for their capability to effortlessly pull in, crush, and compress large trees, forked limbs, and stubborn tops, all while leading the industry in production, fuel efficiency and chip quality. These chippers, built by specialised teams using top-quality components and thorough welded construction, provide years of dependable service.

What Chipper is Right for You?

With the most diverse lineup in the industry, Bandit offers models with capacities ranging from 22” to 36” (558 - 914mm). Most models are available as tow-behind or track, and selected models are available with loaders or cab and loader combinations.

Since Bandit’s inception in 1983, they have been committed to building quality, heavy-duty chippers that minimise customer downtime. This philosophy remains unchanged. Each Bandit chipper's durable drum or disc is designed to withstand demanding use. All models come standard with a 5-year or 3,000-hour “GUTS” warranty covering the Bandit-manufactured feed system components and disc/drum.

Bandit pioneered self-propelled whole tree chippers and expanded its product line in 2005 with the introduction of the drum-style Model 2090. Since then, they have engineered a complete line of high-performance drum-style chippers. In 2021, they further enhanced their offerings by acquiring Trelan, allowing an even more diverse selection of chippers.
