Terms & Conditions

  1. This competition is run by Africa Biomass Company (ABC), and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any social media platform (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
  2. The prize on offer is one (1) Meerkat 50 Chipper, valued at R17,825.00 (VAT included).
  3. Entry is open to South African residents aged 18 years or older, excluding employees of Africa Biomass Company, their immediate family members, and any parties directly involved in the administration of this giveaway.
  4. To enter, entrants must visit the official giveaway page on the ABC website and complete the available entry steps (e.g. following ABC on social media, subscribing to the newsletter, etc.).
  5. Entrants may complete as many steps as they wish. Each completed step earns additional entry points, increasing the entrant’s chances of winning. There is no obligation to complete every step to qualify for entry.
  6. Only one entry per person will be accepted. Duplicate entries or the use of fake names/details will result in disqualification.
  7. The competition closes at 23:59 on 30 November 2026.
  8. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries and will be announced on 1 December 2026 via ABC’s official social media platforms and/or the giveaway page.
  9. The winner will be contacted directly using the details provided at entry. If the winner does not respond within 3 (three) days of being contacted, ABC reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
  10. The prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.
  11. Africa Biomass Company reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel this giveaway at any time without prior notice, should circumstances arise beyond its control.
  12. By entering this giveaway, entrants consent to their personal information being used by Africa Biomass Company for the purposes of administering this competition and for future marketing communications, in accordance with ABC’s Privacy Policy.
  13. Africa Biomass Company’s decision regarding all aspects of this giveaway, including the selection of the winner, is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  14. Delivery or collection arrangements for the prize will be coordinated directly with the winner and may be subject to additional terms.
